One of our direct client is urgently looking for a Senior SF Analyst/Consultant @ San Jose, CATITLE:  Senior SF Analyst/ConsultantLOCATION: San Jose, CADURATION: 6 to12+ Months  Rate: DOE Duties: The XPERI Business Applications team is a group of high-energy individuals who focus on meeting objectives by providing innovative solutions and bringing clarity and simplicity to complex business and technology problems.  A critical component of this team is the Salesforce enterprise CRM group who frame business problems, gather requirements, identify opportunities, and facilitate solution creation and implementation via the Salesforce CRM platform and its integrations with other systems. We have an opening for an individual to join this team as a senior Salesforce BSA and help us deliver on our upcoming roadmap of exciting projectsThis is an excellent opportunity for the qualified candidate to leverage his/her seasoned skills to impact a diverse set of process gaps with state-of-the-art solutions.The ideal candidate will work in a cross functional environment, involving collaboration with our Finance, Legal, Sales and Operations, Engineering and Marketing groups. Core focus areas will be proposal development, requirements analysis, solution design, test planning and oversight of team members. The ideal skill-set encompasses the ability to facilitate thoughtful interactions with representatives from the business, analyze complex problems, and create elegant solutions that combine efficiencies across the spectrum of users, processes, and systems. A solid background in various software development lifecycles (SDLCs), in particular Agile, as well as a proven track record in the development of key project artefacts such as project charters, requirements documentation, test plans will be essential. Skills: The successful candidate will also be expected to gain a deep and “hands-on” working knowledge of the company's SalesForce based CRM solution and be able to assist the team's other members in the day to day support of the tool. As many of our company's process are now implemented through our CRM platform the ideal candidate must posses a deep understanding of Salesforce's CRM solutions and have proficiency with SalesForce configuration. Often, the ideal candidate will participate in frequent and impromptu working sessions with team members that provide the candidate with opportunities to collaborate with architects, systems programmers and business stakeholders to set specifications across the development lifecycle.The ideal candidate will be expected to:
