- Use Power Automate to build and maintain workflows supporting SPO operations, such as approvals, provisioning automation, metadata updates, notifications, and lifecycle processes
- Develop automation scripts using PnP PowerShell, Graph API, or Power Automate to streamline provisioning, enforce governance, and reduce manual effort
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the infrastructure team, who owns the Microsoft 365 tenant and core cloud platform services, to ensure SPO configurations, policies, capacity planning, and roadmap changes align with enterprise standards and operational requirements
- Partner with Corporate Communications on syndication, targeted messaging, site design standards, and enterprise content distribution strategies
- Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and App Dev teams to ensure SPO meets security, compliance, and architectural expectations

- Maintain documentation and governance artifacts to support audit readiness
User Enablement & Knowledge Management
- Develop training, guidance, documentation, and communication materials to support site owners, business units, and offshore teams
- Support change management efforts related to governance updates, template changes, and new feature rollouts
