THE JOB:

As a Senior Slot Manager at MGM National Harbor, you'll bring energy, leadership, and strategy together to create unforgettable guest experiences while driving performance where the excitement never stops. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead all aspects of Slot Operations during your assigned shift, ensuring a seamless, high-energy gaming experience

• Inspire, engage, and develop your team-building a positive culture that attracts and retains top performers

• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with MGM's S.H.O.W. service standards

• Oversee daily operations, staffing levels, and guest experience metrics to drive performance and satisfaction

• Mentor assistant managers and team members to support growth and career development

• Analyze business needs and make real-time operational decisions on the gaming floor

• Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently

• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and operational procedures

• Safeguard company assets, including equipment, keys, and sensitive materials

• Lead training initiatives and ensure consistent execution of company programs

• Partner with leadership, vendors, and regulatory agencies as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Slot operations or equivalent management experience

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$88,600.00 - $118,100.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
