Senior Social Media Lead

Role Overview

We're looking for a senior, strategic Social Media Lead with 10+ years of experience scaling global B2B tech brands to millions of followers and highly engaged communities. This is not a "manage the channels" role, this is a build, scale, and reinvent mandate.

You've done this before. You've grown audiences from zero to massive scale, shaped category narratives, and built social engines that directly impact pipeline and brand equity. Now, you're ready to do it again, this time by designing and operating AI-native social workflows.

This role sits at the heart of the Content Team and at the intersection of AI infrastructure, HPC, and enterprise technology, translating complex innovation into compelling, high-impact social storytelling at global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Global Social Strategy & Leadership

• Own and evolve the global social media strategy across all major platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, emerging channels)
• Position the company as a category leader in cloud AI
• Define and execute audience growth strategies that scale communities into the millions
• Lead social as a core business driver, not a support function

AI-Native Content & Workflow Innovation

• Design and implement AI-powered content pipelines (ideation, creation, distribution, optimization)
• Leverage AI, automation, and emerging tools to 10x content velocity and quality
• Continuously experiment with new formats and real-time content systems
• Build scalable systems-not one-off campaigns

High-Impact Content & Storytelling

• Translate complex technical topics (AI Cloud, HPC, full-stack AI infrastructure) into clear, compelling narratives
• Oversee creation of thought leadership, technical storytelling, and executive voice amplification for social channels
• Drive always-on content engines and moment-based marketing

Community & Audience Growth

• Build and nurture global communities of practitioners, developers, and enterprise buyers
• Develop programs that turn audiences into advocates and contributors
• Scale engagement strategies that go beyond vanity metrics to meaningful interaction

Cross-Functional Influence

• Partner with Product, Developer Relations, PR, and Demand Gen to align messaging and campaigns
• Support executive leadership in building high-impact personal brands
• Act as a strategic advisor on digital presence and narrative positioning

Performance & Optimization

• Define and track KPIs tied to growth, engagement, and business impact
• Use data and experimentation to continuously refine strategy
• Own reporting frameworks that connect social to pipeline and brand outcomes

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 10+ years in social media, digital strategy, or content leadership
• Proven track record of scaling global B2B tech brands to millions of followers
• Experience in AI, Cloud, HPC, SaaS, or deep tech environments
• Demonstrated success building repeatable, scalable growth systems

Expertise

• Deep understanding of social platform mechanics, algorithms, and emerging trends
• Strong grasp of AI tools and automation in content creation
• Experience building AI-native or AI-enhanced workflows
• Exceptional storytelling ability, especially for technical audiences

Mindset

• Builder mentality: you create systems, not just campaigns
• Highly experimental and data-driven
• Comfortable operating at global scale and high ambiguity
• Equal parts strategist and operator

Bonus Points

• Experience growing developer or technical communities
• Background working with executive thought leadership at scale
• Familiarity with AI video, or generative content systems
• Experience managing or scaling distributed/global teams

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

Salary Range

$90,000-$140,000 USD
