- Minimum 5 years of Full Stack Software Engineering experience, focused on .NET Core development - Expert in building REST APIs and JSON-based services, following API-first design principles - Proficient in SQL Server, Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, and Terraform - Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including APIM, Key Vault, and cloud-native deployments - Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and ArgoCD within modern DevOps environments - Hands-on experience with SignalR and real-time communication technologies - Familiarity with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB, is a plus - Ability to work independently on multiple projects and adapt quickly to new technologies - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Capable of mentoring team members and thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment - Customer service-focused mindset with a sense of urgency - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience required
