Job Description

Job Title: Senior Software Developer (.Net/Azure)
Contract Duration: 7 months, possible extension
Location: Columbus, OH
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and well-rounded Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in modern Microsoft technologies and cloud-based development. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications across multiple projects with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, contribute to solution design, mentor junior developers, and provide recommendations for software reusability and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise-level applications.
  • Participate in solution architecture, technical planning, system analysis, and design activities.
  • Develop web applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, React, and Node.js.
  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure Pipelines and Azure DevOps tools.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including application functionality, testing procedures, and business/functional flow diagrams.
  • Perform system testing, unit testing, and create test documentation.
  • Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, functions, tables, and views.
  • Create reports and application components using HTML and other front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with application managers, project teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members through technical guidance, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Recommend software reusability standards and development best practices.
  • Work across multiple projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience working on large-scale enterprise application development projects.

Work Environment
The Senior Developer will support multiple application initiatives and projects as directed by the Application Manager. Responsibilities may range from enterprise application development to lower-level development tasks, report creation, testing, and documentation. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, adapting to changing priorities, and contributing across a variety of technical projects.
