This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. You will have the opportunity to: + Reach billions of people with our products & services + Create technology in which truly impacts the world + Ability to have immediate impact on developing technology + Unlimited growth potential with inspiring work + Work with the best minds in the industry + Enjoy working in an open, diverse, and productive environment **What You'll Do** As a member of the Hospital Quality Reporting team, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications and dashboards that run in our clients EHR (Electronic Health Record) system to enable our clients' to track compliance with the requirements of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC). The compliance rate of the CMS and TJC measures by clients identified with these dashboards helps in tracking that the provider patients are receiving highest quality of care. In addition to improving patient care, the successful regulatory submission of the generated report data provides a financial incentive to our clients. The work on the Hospital Quality Reporting team will require you to work closely with multi-functional teams, including product management, submissions operations teams, and other software development teams to ensure client's success in generating, reviewing and submitting their reporting results to CMS to improve their financial incentives and ensure high quality of patient care. **Responsibilities** **Responsibilities of a Software Developer on the Hospital Quality Reporting team will include development of JAVA and JavaScript applications and SAP Business Objects reports/Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) based upon government specifications and company procedures. Providing guidance in architecture decisions and mentoring others on the team are encouraged. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
