    The role will be key to building the products and experiences that will be used by Proserve and Frontier AI organization to deliver business outcomes to our customers

    Are you excited about building products that help Proserve and Frontier AI teams understand customer needs, develop the right solutions, and deliver them at scale? We are looking for a Sr. Software Development Engineer to build the solutions that span across Proserve, Frontier AI and services teams within AWS Sales, Marketing, and Services. You will define and deliver the tools, platforms, and experiences that enable these teams to deeply understand customer challenges, rapidly develop tailored solutions, and orchestrate delivery - directly accelerating AWS"s delivery of business outcomes to our customers.

    This role given the opportunity to drive AI driven transformation to all the processes from sales to delivery to customer outcomes across many roles that in involved in a Customer deployment. A successful candidate combines ability to review multiple proof of concepts being developed at the frontline and incorporate them in core product architecture in partnership with Product Managements. You should be comfortable making calls in a fast-moving environment where the playbook is being written in real time. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to balance speed of delivery with performance and scalability.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Own the technical design, implementation, and operational health of platform capability, or delivery workflow
    • Build production-grade software that helps Proserve and Frontier AI teams understand customer context, develop solutions, coordinate delivery, and measure customer outcomes
    • Partner with delivery teams to turn recurring customer needs into reusable software components, APIs, templates, and automation
    • Lead design reviews and make sound tradeoffs across reliability, security, performance, cost, delivery speed, and maintainability
    • Build secure integrations with approved AWS services, internal platforms, customer systems, and governed data products
    • Establish testing, monitoring, logging, alerting, documentation, and incident-response mechanisms for owned systems
    • Partner with Security Engineering to implement security-by-design requirements and remediate identified risks
    • Partner with Product & / or Data engineering to define product instrumentation, event schemas, and data contracts
    • Mentor engineers, provide high-quality code reviews, and raise the technical bar for the immediate team and adjacent Forward Deployed Engineering pods
    • Communicate technical decisions, risks, and delivery progress to engineering, product, GTM, and customer stakeholders
