Senior Software Engineer (4D/CRM)

Job Requirements

Sweetwater, the nations 1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to our growing Engineering team. As a member of Software Engineering, you will build and support cutting-edge software solutions with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is centered around our CRM platform which our expert sales engineers use to foster relationships with our millions of customers. This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse expert team of engineers to build the next generation of our best-in-class CRM backend integrations and internal tools
• Build scalable, testable, and reusable code
• Solve complex performance and architectural challenges
• Own the development of features from concept to production

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional software programming experience
• Experience working with relational databases like MySQL, Postgres, or SQL Server, and the ability to write performant SQL queries
• Deep knowledge and experience in coding back-end programming languages like C, Java, PHP, or others
• Fluency with Git or other version control software
• Experience with engineering CRM platforms like Sales Force or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus
• Experience programming in the 4D platform would be a plus
