8+ years of experience in software engineering (building and shipping software) with end-to-end lifecycle ownership, including leadership roles. You have contributed to application code, implemented new features, fixed bugs, and worked across the software lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and support.
Hands-on expertise in GitHub Enterprise: branching strategies, repository management, GitHub Actions, Packages, Advanced Security, and Org-level Administration.
Proven Release/ Change Management: versioning, readiness reviews, and rollout strategies, and Quality Engineering leadership: testing strategy and quality gates
Strong background in DevOps principles: CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and observability.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong communication and leadership skills to influence across engineering and leadership teams.
