About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (6–8 YOE) who is full‑stack but infra‑oriented, capable of designing and owning the core platform that powers all product verticals.
This is not a narrow feature role — you will build the infrastructure that every engineering team relies on.
You will:
- Architect and build the core infrastructure layer that all verticals depend on
- Ensure systems are scalable, observable, reliable, and future‑proof
- Work across the stack (Node.js/Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch)
- Build distributed systems that support high‑throughput human‑in‑the‑loop workflows
- Collaborate with vertical teams to provide shared services and platform primitives
- Establish engineering best practices for system design, deployment, and reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar across the org
This is a foundational role — you will define the technical backbone of the company.
Who You Are
Experience
- 6–8 years of engineering experience (will consider 5 YOE if impact is exceptional)
- Full‑stack capability with strong backend + infra orientation
- Experience building distributed systems, platform infrastructure, or high‑scale services
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS or GCP)
- Strong tenure — no job‑hopping
- Startup experience required (01 or early‑stage preferred)
- Bonus: experience in human‑data or data‑at‑scale companies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Confluent, MongoDB)
Technical Skills
- Node.js / Python
- Kubernetes
- Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch
- Cloud infra (AWS/GCP)
- Strong debugging, observability, and reliability instincts

Compensation
