Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise technology solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing software and system implementations, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and developing enhancements to existing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud technologies, data platforms, microservices architecture, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy new applications, system enhancements, and software solutions.
• Install, configure, test, and support hardware, software, and enterprise systems.
• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex business and technical system issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve application performance and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor system health and conduct testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and technology teams to deliver business solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, recommendations, and process improvement suggestions to leadership.
• Support software testing, debugging, code optimization, and deployment activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to improve team effectiveness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and maintain ownership of critical technical processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or application development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Thorough understanding of software architecture, system integration, and enterprise computing environments.
