Join the Sensors Test Engineering team supporting production of commercial, military, and defense sensor products.
Lead the definition, design, development, troubleshooting, and integration of test software for production test solutions.
Serve as an expert individual contributor working with engineers and technicians in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the research, design, development, and testing of software solutions and networks.
Troubleshoot software and electrical device issues on the production line.
Provide strategic engineering guidance on design concepts, requirements, equipment utilization, and coding techniques.
Collaborate with engineers, operators, and technicians in a team environment.
Design and review major functional test software components and present findings.
Develop processes, procedures, and best practices for test software development in manufacturing.
Present project and technical information during design reviews to peers, management, and customers.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a STEM field and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or
Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 4 years of experience, or
12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of Visual Basic (VB) programming.
Experience with LabVIEW.
Familiarity with RF and digital electronics.
Understanding of software-controlled test equipment, including:
Oscilloscopes
Digital multimeters
Signal generators
Power supplies
Thermal chambers
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing environments and AS9100.
Familiarity with avionics buses including:
MIL-STD-1553
ARINC
CAN
RS485
RS232
IEEE 1394
Familiarity with ALM JIRA and Agile project management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
