Our Conversational Search team is building Redfin’s next generation artificial intelligence powered home search experience, redefining how millions of users discover homes. This is one of Redfin’s most ambitious and visible product initiatives for 2026, combining conversational UI, LLM powered reasoning, and high performance backend systems to create a fast, intuitive and deeply helpful way to search for homes. Because this new search paradigm attracts significant engagement and traffic, performance, reliability, and thoughtful UX design are critical. On-Call Expectations
This role may include participation in an on-call rotation to support production systems and ensure service reliability. On-call responsibilities may include coverage during nights and weekends. If applicable, frequency and scheduling will be determined by team needs and communicated accordingly.

The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
