Required Skills & Qualifications
Must have 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java Development and Java Frameworks
Experience with design and development using Java Libraries
Ability to consume and orchestrate RESTful Services for data and model interactions
Must have experience to AI Technologies
Ability to integrate AI/ML features into core systems using Java-compatible libraries and microservices
Prior work experience at Ex-Wells or in a similar industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with optimizing and enhancing existing AI models and code
Knowledge of internal vector databases and optimizing search results
Exposure to OpenText (preferred, not mandatory)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, DevOps, and product teams to deliver enterprise applications
Integrate and operationalize LLMs via REST APIs or on-prem deployments
Optimize prompts to get the best output from AI models
