Position Description:

Maintains and provides support to Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Resolves technical issues associated with developed software components and provides Salesforce administrative support. Creates technical documentation and executes software unit testing. Performs Salesforce application development using Agile development frameworks (Scrum). Designs and implements custom integration solutions using ETL software -- Informatica. Provides business solutions by developing complex software applications. Develops software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) designing, implementing, and optimizing software applications in cloud environments and enhancing business functionality using Salesforce.com CRM capabilities.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) designing, implementing, and optimizing software applications in cloud environments and enhancing business functionality using Salesforce.com CRM capabilities.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
