Job Title: Software Engineer 3 - Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Location: Iselin, NJ (Preferred) / Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 12mo

Pay Rate: $59 - $63

Top Requirements:

  • Strong full stack development experience with Angular and Java
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and working with SQL Server
  • Background in technology infrastructure (Windows/Linux/DBA/Network, etc.)

Plusses:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (OCP preferred)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or SRE/DevOps practices

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to software deliverables. You will analyze engineering challenges and build scalable, high-quality full stack applications supporting IT Asset Management. This role uniquely blends software development expertise with infrastructure knowledge to create solutions that improve operational efficiency and system reliability.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Angular and Java
  • Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Work with SQL Server for data management, querying, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate applications with existing systems
  • Develop tools and automation supporting IT Asset Management processes
  • Contribute across the full SDLC including development, testing, and deployment
  • Leverage CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across front-end and back-end systems
  • Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
