A fast-growing insurance and financial services organization is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join its technology team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build modern enterprise software solutions using C#, .NET, React, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted development platforms. This is a Hybrid position, in office Tuesday-Thursday in the south Chicago suburbs. Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Advanced experience with C# and .NET technologies
• Strong front-end development experience with React
• Proven experience leading technical projects or owning application delivery from requirements through deployment
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with minimal oversight
• Experience making architectural and implementation decisions independently
• Experience with Git source control and collaborative development processes
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Own the end-to-end delivery of software solutions from business requirements through implementation and deployment

• Drive architecture and implementation decisions while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
