Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong object-oriented design and development experience
- Advanced experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem
- Experience building scalable enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools throughout the software lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Experience designing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience collaborating directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
Desired Skills & Experience- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed systems
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, NoSQL databases, and modern data architectures
- Experience working in Test-Driven Development (TDD) environments
- Strong system architecture and platform design experience
