What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize database performance and manage data storage solutions with MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Implement cloud-based solutions and services using AWS to enhance scalability and reliability.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to elevate overall code quality.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
6–10 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and NodeJS, with a strong understanding of modern web technologies.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, particularly MySQL and MongoDB.
Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS, and best practices for deployment and scaling.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
Experience with mobile application development using React Native.
Knowledge of caching mechanisms and performance optimization techniques.
Previous experience in the ecommerce or B2B software development space.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $165K to $215K, complemented by competitive equity options. This company offers a dynamic work environment where innovation and collaboration are highly valued.
