What You Will Do
Design and implement full-stack applications using React and TypeScript to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OpenAI technologies into existing platforms.
Develop scalable solutions that streamline data workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Utilize Slack for team communication and project management to ensure seamless collaboration.
Participate in code reviews and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards of quality.
Contribute to the planning and execution of product roadmaps, aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
Ideal Candidate Background
4–7 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
Proven experience in integrating AI technologies into software applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to software development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.
Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that complement the tech stack.
Previous work in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and innovation.
Compensation and Benefits
