What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python to support legal research applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for data processing.
• Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on software development methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2+ years of experience in backend software engineering, specifically with Python.
• Proven track record of developing scalable applications and working with data-intensive systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Compensation and Benefits
