As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in the company's growth and long-term success by leveraging your analytical and cloud engineering skills to solve complex problems for the CMD business. You'll join a dedicated, self-organizing, cross-functional team in developing our next generation systems in the AWS cloud.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze complex business problems, clarify requirements, and evaluate technology feasibility.
- Assist in the overall scope definition, workflow design and facilitation of technology development.
- Develop solutions to solve complex problems for the business.
- Work with Product Owner to refine backlog, prioritize use cases and drive team understanding.
- Work closely across business and technology teams to assist with integration design, development, testing and implementation.
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to formulate innovative automation engineering solutions.
- Mine large and complex datasets for insights and conversion to new product features.
- Executing a project from scratch to production while collaboratively across teams.
- Communicate complex concepts and results in a clear and effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years' experience in software development, architecture and/or cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience implementing data integration and API services with AWS cloud technologies.
- Strong foundation with modern SDLC in various technologies (AWS Services, RDBMS, NOSQL, Python, C#, .Net Core, Windows/Linux, Terraform)
- Good working knowledge for a variety of automation, integration and business process management solutions.
- Experience being part of a fast-paced agile software development team;

- Experience with Financial Services and Annuities or Insurance products preferred.
