Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions across our product platform.

You will play a key role in the development lifecycle, contributing hands-on to engineering delivery while collaborating closely with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions across the full SDLC

Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in line with engineering best practices

Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes to ensure quality delivery

Support end-to-end development including design, build, testing, deployment, and production support

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and environments

Contribute to development of APIs, microservices, and modern application architectures

Ensure adherence to version control and release management processes (e.g. Git, CI/CD pipelines)

Contribute to UI/UX improvements where relevant, ensuring strong user experience

Work within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery

This role requires you to be located within commutable distance of downtown Orlando or be willing to relocate to that area in a reasonable timeframe.

Skills

Drive continuous improvement in development practices, tooling, and engineering standards

Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer within a product or SaaS environment

Strong hands-on development experience (e.g. Java, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms)

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and system design

Experience delivering across the full SDLC including testing and deployment

Experience working in Agile environments (exposure to SAFe beneficial)

Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Experience with testing frameworks and quality engineering approaches

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse and optimise existing systems

Good understanding of modern UI/UX principles (nice to have)
