Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Experience: 8+ Years
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong software development, Agile, and DevOps expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java and/or Python, AI/ML technologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and cloud-native application development. This role involves mentoring engineering teams, driving modern software engineering practices, and building scalable, high-quality applications.
<.>Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile, DevOps, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to improve software delivery.
- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices.
- Build and support cloud-based applications using Azure or AWS.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices using modern frameworks.
- Participate in architecture reviews and recommend technical improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Support AI/ML initiatives and modern engineering practices.
- Contribute to automation, performance optimization, and developer productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning.
- Experience mentoring or coaching software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Extreme Programming.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
- Experience with Spring Boot, FastAPI, Angular, or React.
- Knowledge of Kafka, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest, or Cucumber.
- Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MLOps, CNNs, or RNNs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- 8+ years of Software Development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
