What You Will Do

Own features end-to-end from concept through production deploymentBuild full-stack product capabilities across frontend and backend systemsDesign scalable system architecture to support rapid company growthPartner directly with product leadership to define technical directionShip customer-facing product improvements rapidly and iterativelyWork directly with customers to understand workflow pain pointsDrive systems design decisions for platform scalability and reliabilityBuild AI-powered procurement workflows and data intelligence systemsRaise engineering standards across testing, observability, and code qualityContribute to foundational technical decisions for the next stage of growth

5+ years of software engineering experienceStrong full-stack engineering backgroundExperience at VC-backed startups or high-growth product companiesHands-on product ownership experienceStrong systems design and architecture thinkingExperience building customer-facing software productsTechnical degree strongly preferredComfortable operating in highly ambiguous startup environmentsExperience with modern frontend/backend frameworksAbility to ship autonomously with minimal oversight
