Seeking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer to lead design, architecture, and custom development in a large-scale Salesforce environment using modern web practices. Collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions.
Core Work Activities:
Lead Salesforce platform design and custom development using Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
Act as a technical architect and hands-on Salesforce developer to solve complex platform challenges.
Design technical architecture solutions that integrate Salesforce with internal systems, focusing on security, scalability, and performance.
Make informed architectural decisions by evaluating tradeoffs, benefits, risks, and recommendations.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and guide the team on new features and implementation opportunities.
Drive UX and design strategies to improve platform adoption and user experience.
Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and manage off-platform automation scripts using Python or similar tools.
Support security efforts by reviewing Salesforce Shield event logs and monitoring data.
Champion engineering best practices for reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
Mentor team members through code reviews and constructive feedback.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
7 years of professional software development experience with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
At least 6 years of experience designing and developing highly customized Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components or Aura Components.
Preferred:
Experience with user behavior analysis monitoring, scripting, and alerting.
Experience with DevOps processes; GitHub and Harness experience is a plus.
High proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar development tools.
Solid understanding of REST, GraphQL, and application observability using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
