Senior Software Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is a well known B2C Fintech company looking to add to their Growth Engineering Team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, the engineer will focus on their member funnel growth team focusing on new member experience, re-onboarding experiences, member retargeting, and personalized lifecycle journeys.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years building high-velocity growth/fintech products (shipped features that moved metrics)
• Strong full-stack fundamentals: React/TypeScript frontend, Node/Java/Python backend, SQL proficiency
• Comfort with A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to unblock product partners (PM, Design, DSML) with platform/data work
• Experience working in regulated/financial services environment is a plus
