Key Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of networking experience with tools such as nslookup, ping, and tracert.
• Experience testing complex systems and working with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency in Windows, Unix/Linux, JIRA, and MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining telecommunications equipment and network environments.
• Understanding of in-flight connectivity systems, including Devices, WAPs, ACPU, and network equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, network connectivity, and applications.
• Experience with software lab operations, equipment management, and laboratory infrastructure.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA-level networking concepts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Development, Systems Engineering, and Product teams to identify lab equipment and infrastructure requirements.
• Support laboratory infrastructure planning, hardware implementation, and program requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures, software configuration issues, network connectivity, and application-related problems.
• Track and manage issues through JIRA, including documentation and root cause analysis.
• Manage lab inventory, equipment tracking, audits, cataloging, repairs, and asset maintenance.
• Conduct periodic health checks of laboratory equipment and resolve identified issues.
• Support RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, RMAs, Purchase Orders, parts delivery, and returns.
• Create and maintain SOPs, test bench documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to software testing teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of lab processes, hardware configurations, automation, and infrastructure.
• Identify future technology requirements and support laboratory upgrade projects.
• Participate in lab management meetings and collaborate with testing teams to identify and resolve product issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support testing and lab operations.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
