We are seeking motivated professionals who share our agile, solution-oriented mindset and are ready to deliver the real, practical results relied upon by our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications and tools using C#, SQL, and modern engineering technologies to support client requirements.

  • Perform deep-dive analysis of software systems, existing documentation, and operational behaviors to identify technical gaps and drive engineering improvements.

  • Author and maintain high-level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, user guides, and training materials to standardize technical workflows.

  • Lead and execute complex technical tasks independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment.

  • Provide engineering lifecycle support, from initial software quality assessments to long-term portability and maintenance analysis for government programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of professional software or systems engineering experience.

  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining software applications and tools.

  • Extensive experience authoring technical engineering documentation for complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems or waveform software.

  • Prior experience supporting complex military or government communication architectures.

  • Expert proficiency in task tracking and workflow management tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
