Job Title: Senior Workforce Management Product Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension Available)
Work Mode: Contract
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Workforce Management Product Lead to lead the strategy, design, and global implementation of Workforce Management solutions. The role will focus on Workforce Software (WFS), Time & Attendance, and integrations with Workday, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global Workforce Management implementations and deployments.
• Manage WFS projects, including Time & Attendance and pay rule configuration.
• Gather requirements and design effective Workforce Management processes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and business teams.
• Support integrations with Workday, ADP, Kronos/UKG, payroll, and other systems.
• Manage multiple countries’ deployments, timelines, risks, and priorities.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
• Ensure compliance with local labor, payroll, union, and Works Council requirements.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, governance materials, and project updates.
• Lead change management and support user adoption.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve global Workforce Management processes.

• 5+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience with Workforce Software (WFS) implementation.
• Strong Time & Attendance and pay rule configuration knowledge.
• Experience with Workday, ADP, Kronos/UKG, and payroll integrations.
• Global payroll and labor compliance experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing vendors and global deployments.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours across global time zones.
• Workday or WFS certification is preferred.
