We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise to help define and modernize enterprise identity architecture. This person will work across Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture to design secure, scalable identity solutions across users, applications, APIs, cloud environments, workloads, and emerging AI identities.

Job Description
This architect will own IAM architecture across authentication, authorization, identity governance, privileged access, federation, and human/non-human identities. You will establish enterprise IAM standards, evaluate technologies, design current and future-state architectures, and lead complex identity initiatives from discovery through implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience across IAM, cybersecurity, architecture, or related engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role.
• Deep experience with authentication, authorization, federation, IGA, PAM, and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, MFA, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and passwordless authentication.
• Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Okta, CyberArk, or Radiant Logic.
• Experience architecting IAM solutions across AWS, APIs, microservices, cloud applications, and machine/service identities.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and modern authorization patterns.
• Ability to independently lead architecture initiatives and influence technical direction across teams.

• Fine-grained authorization experience with SpiceDB, OpenFGA, Cedar, OPA, or ReBAC.
• Experience with Kubernetes, API gateways, service meshes, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience designing identity and authorization for AI applications or autonomous agents.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, AWS Security, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
