Overview
We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our innovative team in developing and deploying a real-time asset tracking solution for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). In this role, you will play a critical part in evolving and implementing a scalable platform that incorporates active RFID (aRFID) hardware, passive RFID (pRFID) hardware, mesh and IoT devices, modern cloud computing environments, and high-impact software applications.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a bias for action and an ability to communicate well with diverse internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate also possesses deep expertise in software development, a strong understanding of RFID or IoT systems, experience dealing with complex DoD cyber accreditation issues, and a passion for driving technological modernization in support of U.S. warfighters.
This position is located in Mechanicsburg, PA. This position requires a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
Provide technical oversight associated with the deployment of a cutting-edge asset tracking solution to the U.S. Navy.
Engage with representatives from the U.S. Navy and other critical DoD organizations to understand mission requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead the effort to ensure that technical delivery information is properly and effectively communicated with internal stakeholders and key customer representatives.
Oversee Risk Management Framework (RMF) /Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance activities-including the drafting of system architecture documentation, the management of system security controls, establishment of Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), and coordination with information System Security Managers (ISSMs) and Information System Security Officers (ISSOs).
Conduct technical reviews of current system implementation plans to ensure conformance to contract requirements, customer needs, and best practices.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior or non-technical staff, and collaborate with senior leaders, to ensure technical objectives are achieved.
