Meet Our Team:

As a key contributor to Pega's Solution Consulting organization, you will work alongside Sales, Product, Consulting, Partners, and Industry teams to help the world's largest enterprises reimagine how work gets done. Our Solution Consultants are growth-minded, trusted advisors who are technically curious and deeply customer-centric to bring Pega's agentic platform vision to life for senior stakeholders.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

Pega's platform enables organizations to orchestrate work, decisions, and customer engagement through agentic AI, CRM, intelligent automation, and adaptive decisioning. As a Solution Consultant, you will be the voice of that vision-helping clients understand how autonomous agents, workflow, and AI-driven decisioning can transform their operations and customer experiences. In this role, you will guide clients from today's challenges to tomorrow's outcomes by driving discovery sessions to articulate Pega's technology can act, learn, and adapt across the enterprise. You bring clarity to complexity, structure to ambiguity, and confidence to executive conversations.

What You''ll Do at Pega:

  • Articulate the value of Pega's agentic AI platform, clearly explaining how autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, and real-time decisioning drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead value-focused discovery and executive-facing presentations that translate complex customer challenges into a clear solution approach, shifting conversations from features to measurable outcomes and helping advance the deal with Sales.
  • Build trusted relationships across client organizations to surface new opportunities, identify emerging challenges, and guide clients toward impactful solutions
  • Position "the art of the possible" by helping enterprise clients envision new operating models enabled by AI-driven execution.
  • Translate complex business challenges into high-level solution approaches and architectures, aligned to Pega's strengths and the client's strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to shape account strategies, opportunity narratives, and executive-level messaging throughout the sales cycle.
  • Continuously grow your industry, technical, and consultative skills, sharing insights and best practices across the Solutions Consulting community.

Who You Are:

  • You have a strong internal drive to win, improve, and take ownership, especially in high‑pressure, high‑visibility situations.
  • You can quickly understand complex business challenges, learn new domains, and apply structured problem‑solving to real customer needs while translating complex ideas into clear, compelling, and audience‑appropriate messages.
  • Passionate about technology and its business impact on our largest clients. You're energized by helping organizations rethink how work happens using AI and automation.
  • Customer obsessed. You listen carefully, ask insightful questions, and tailor your approach to what truly matters to each client. As a compelling communicator and storyteller, you are comfortable whiteboarding concepts or leading executive-level discussions.
  • You love to embrace a growth mindset by learning faster than the market, adapting with clarity in moments of disruption, and leveraging AI as a force multiplier to elevate how we design, deliver, and support client solutions.
  • Growth-minded and curious, eager to learn, experiment, and continuously refine how you articulate Pega's evolving agentic capabilities.

What You''ve Accomplished:

  • 5+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, or client-facing technical presales roles within enterprise software or platforms.
  • History of partnering effectively with sales teams to shape deal strategy, value propositions, and customer-specific narratives.
  • Proven success in bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution with strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience discussing or positioning automation, AI, decisioning, workflow, CRM, or agentic platforms in an enterprise context.
  • History of successfully leading client presentations, demos, and executive conversations, can effectively position solutions and influence buying decisions through a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand and reason about complex business processes, rules and complex data relationships end-to-end.

Pega Offers You:

  • Industry-recognized, Gartner-acclaimed technology leadership, including Pega's market-defining agentic AI capabilities.
  • A culture built on AI‑First innovation and Growth Mindset values-learn fast, think big, and continuously improve.
