About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you lead solution design and technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, guiding prospects through deep discovery, integration planning, and tailored demonstrations that influence senior decision-makers. You also play a visible role in mentoring teammates and scaling best practices across the Solutions Consulting team.

What Youll Do

Lead end-to-end discovery and technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities

Shape deal strategy and technical win plans in partnership with Account Executives

Design solution architectures that integrate Zeta with enterprise ecosystems (CRM, data platforms, identity, analytics)

Deliver tailored demonstrations aligned to executive priorities and buying criteria

Navigate matrixed buying committees across marketing, IT, analytics, security, and procurement

Serve as a lead contributor on RFP/RFI responses with differentiated positioning

Partner with Value Consulting to align solutions with measurable business outcomes and ROI

Mentor Solutions Consultants through coaching, shadowing, and structured feedback

Develop reusable demo assets, playbooks, and solution briefs to improve team consistency

Provide actionable field feedback to Product and GTM teams based on enterprise deal learnings

SALARY RANGE

The total salary range for this role is $170,000 - $180,000.00, depending on location and experience.
