What You'll Do: Architect Solutions for High-Stakes Challenges

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be embedded within a high-energy team of engineers, product designers, and strategists. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced software solutions for our partners' most demanding challenges. Your mission:

• Become a Trusted Advisor: Work directly with partner analysts on-site, deeply understanding their challenges, objectives, and pain points. Build strong relationships, ensuring our solutions align with their needs.
• Design and Deliver Solutions: Architect and deliver comprehensive solutions addressing complex data challenges, from concept to deployment. Design workflows, integrate systems, and ensure seamless data flow.
• Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage our technology for innovative solutions that push boundaries. Be a key contributor to shaping our solutions' future.
• Collaborate and Integrate: Work closely with engineering teams to design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Empower Users: Collaborate with partners to develop tailored workflows and UIs that meet diverse user needs, ensuring intuitive solutions and maximum adoption.
• Lead and Educate: Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower users to utilize our solutions, maximizing their impact effectively.
• Communicate and Influence: Present findings, recommendations, and proposals to stakeholders, from technical experts to senior leadership, effectively communicating our solutions' value.
• Shape the Future: Collaborate with software engineering and product design teams, providing field insights and user feedback to drive next-generation product development.
• Expand Our Reach: Contribute to scoping and developing new engagements across diverse sectors and global locations.

The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 per year. We offer a highly competitive total compensation package, including equity and other potential incentives, commensurate with your qualifications and experience
