We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Senior Solutions Manager to lead strategic client relationships and drive business growth for small to medium enterprises, startups, and emerging businesses. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, marketing, and technology solutions to develop innovative strategies, maintain robust partnerships, and deliver exceptional value. Supported by a dedicated sales support team and collaborating with cross-functional departments, you will play a vital role in expanding our client portfolio and maximizing revenue. Along with salary, commission/ bonuses will be included.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their evolving needs with tailored solutions.
  • Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing accounts through strategic planning and outreach.
  • Generate leads via cold and warm calling campaigns to nurture prospects and convert them into active partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements aligned with client goals and company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical sales, and product specialists to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions.
  • Provide leadership by mentoring junior team members and sharing best account management and sales practices.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic sales planning.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategy execution and client management.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven negotiation and business development skills.
  • Experience in technical sales and marketing strategy integration.
  • Strong communication abilities to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer requirements.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in cold calling and client management.

Pay would be dependent on experience, but we are looking between $50k-$60k plus commission. You must be comfortable with outside sales.
