Job Details

5+ years of technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience.
Proven success sourcing passive engineering talent.
Experience recruiting for one or more of the following:
Embedded Systems
Firmware
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
RF/Wireless Communications
Hardware Engineering
Software Engineering
Strong talent mapping and market research skills.
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
Experience with modern sourcing platforms (SeekOut, HireEZ, Gem, Juicebox, etc.).
Strong written communication skills and highly personalized candidate outreach.
Comfortable partnering directly with engineering leaders on difficult searches.
Naturally curious, persistent, and highly organized.
Experience using AI to improve sourcing workflows and recruiting efficiency.

Nice to Have
Aerospace, satellite, robotics, semiconductor, or deep-tech recruiting experience.
Startup or high-growth company experience.
Experience building sourcing playbooks or talent intelligence frameworks.
Participation in engineering communities, conferences, or technical networking events.
