Job Description
The Senior Sourcing & Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing category strategies, leading strategic sourcing initiatives, and managing supplier relationships to deliver commercial value, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. This role serves as a key interface between business stakeholders, Contracts, Legal, and Third-Party Risk Management, ensuring alignment to enterprise objectives and governance.

Education & Experience Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required, along with 8-12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement (an advanced business or supply chain degree preferred), and demonstrated expertise in leading complex sourcing events and negotiations, strong commercial acumen-including pricing models, supplier economics, and contract structures-and experience managing strategic suppliers and enterprise-level stakeholder relationships.
