Senior Sourcing Lead

Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Sourcing Lead in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Identify process improvement opportunities through review of end-user feedback and leading practices.
• Provide program oversight for savings initiatives, including opportunity tracking, validation, and reporting.
• Drive strategic and operational excellence initiatives, including process and technology improvements.
• Analyze industry trends and procurement technologies to inform best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Own procurement budgeting, reporting, and standardized processes across categories
• Lead Source-to-Contract (S2C), supplier, contract, and SOW management
• Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies that deliver cost savings and sustainable supplier relationships
• Establish and govern strategic sourcing frameworks in partnership with Legal and QA
• Enable cost savings, cost avoidance, and economies of scale through effective supplier and category management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams; drive quality delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Provide expert guidance in sourcing, procurement, vendor and third-party management to support strategic decision-making
• Build strong client and business relationships and identify opportunities to support growth and transformation
