    (Intended for use by SHSO)

    Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned sourcing professional who understands that physician and APC recruiting is about much more than searching a database and sending messages. The right person knows how to build a thoughtful sourcing strategy, think creatively, understand competitive talent markets, and uncover exceptional clinicians in some of the most challenging and hard-to-fill specialties in healthcare.
We're seeking someone with 4–5+ years of physician and/or APC sourcing experience who genuinely enjoys the challenge of finding the "needle in the haystack." You'll know how to build pipelines from the ground up, identify passive talent, develop creative sourcing approaches, and engage physicians and advanced practice clinicians who may not even be considering a career move.
    What You'll Bring
    • Proven experience sourcing physicians and/or advanced practice clinicians.
    • A strong understanding of healthcare talent markets and competitive specialties.
    • The ability to develop and execute creative, targeted sourcing strategies.
    • Experience building talent pipelines from the ground up.
    • Strong passive-candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
    • A proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach.
    • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
    • A genuine interest in sharing ideas, testing new approaches, and continuously improving sourcing strategies and results.
There will also be opportunities to represent Sutter Health at select conferences, professional events, and other talent-focused events throughout the year, helping build our brand and connect with clinicians across the healthcare landscape.
    Why Join Our Team?
What I'm most proud of is the team you'd be joining.
We've built a culture grounded in collaboration, trust, and support. We celebrate wins together, help each other navigate challenges, share ideas, and genuinely care about one another's success. We work hard, have fun, and always show up for each other.
If you're an experienced physician or APC sourcing professional who loves the challenge of finding hard-to-reach talent, building meaningful relationships, and developing innovative sourcing strategies, this could be an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact at Sutter Health.
If you're ready to find the talent others can't, we'd love to hear from you!
