About the team and position

This individual will be responsible for working daily banking duties. They will partner with multiple departments to ensure payments are made to proper vendors. You will complete payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing company.

What you’ll be doing

• Complete payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Partnering closely with internal ​team​s​ to enter and code data.
• Reviewing data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Liaising with vendors to coordinate payments when necessary.

What you should know/have

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience in an administrative or Accounts Payable capacity
• Advanced attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Polished communication, problem-solving, and customer servicing skills desired
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
