Job Description:

Senior Payments Business Analyst UI/UX.

Seeking a seasoned 10 + years Business Analyst with strong expertise in global payment systems and customer facing digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of payment processing and a proven track record in delivering intuitive user centric web and mobile experiences.

Lead requirements gathering business process analysis and solution design for payment platforms.

Create BRDs FRDs user stories process flows wireframes and UI prototypes.

Collaborate with Product Owners UX designers' developers and QA teams in Agile environments.

Drive end-to-end payment transformation initiatives and digital channel enhancements.

Support UAT production releases stakeholder management and regulatory compliance.

Strong Payments Domain Expertise Required.

SWIFT MTMX ISO 20022, ACH Wires RTP SEPA Fedwire.

CrossBorder RealTime Payments.

Treasury Cash Management.

Payment Investigations Exceptions.

Merchant Payments Payment Gateways.

Payment Lifecycle Settlement Reconciliation.

Business Analysis Requirement Elicitation Gap Analysis.

UIUX Design Wireframing User Journey Mapping.

Agile Scrum JIRA Confluence.

SQL API Integration Data Mapping.

Figma Axure Balsamiq Visio.

Bachelor's degree in technology finance or related field.

CBAP CCBA CSPO or Payments Certification preferred.

Strong Payments Domain Knowledge.

UI/UX and Customer Experience Design.

Stakeholder Management.

Analytical Problem-Solving Skills.

Excellent Communication and Agile Delivery Experience.

Other details

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 103,415.00 to 152,000.00 per year
