# Careers at LTM ## Senior Specialist - Data Sciences Experience: 7 - 12 Years Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, USA Role: GenAI RAG Developer (Open Source Stack) ### Role Description GenAI Application Developer with deep experience building RAG pipelines, open-source LLM applications, LangChain, LangGraph orchestration, and enterprise-scale full-stack applications. This role builds GenAI capabilities using modern open-source tools and frameworks. ### Key Responsibilities Design and implement full end-to-end RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, ranking). Build scalable AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and agent-based architectures. Develop backend services and APIs in Python, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Create full-stack UIs for GenAI applications (React, Angular, Vue, etc.). Integrate and optimize vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus). Implement Microsoft Copilot integrations across enterprise workflows and apps. Build evaluation frameworks, observability pipelines, and quality guardrails using tools such as RAGAS, LangSmith, or custom evaluation metrics. Implement enterprise authentication and access (OAuth, Azure AD, Okta). Optimize model performance, inference latency, indexing strategies, and retrieval accuracy. Ensure proper DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and release management for all AI components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions. Provide long-term support, model updates, error handling, and operational governance. ### Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered systems end-to-end. Expertise with LangChain and LangGraph. Deep proficiency in Python for AI pipelines, APIs, and orchestration. Strong understanding of embeddings, chunking, retrieval architectures, and ranking strategies. Experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Falcon, Mixtral, etc.). Experience deploying full-stack enterprise applications. Experience with vector database design and optimization. Hands-on experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Copilot. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, microservices, and cloud deployment patterns. Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and model governance. Strong communication and collaboration skills. ### Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of testing frameworks (pytest), automated regression for RAG, and dataset-driven tests. Experience with distributed RAG architectures or GPU optimization. Compensation Range: $90,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year. Note: The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
