Senior Specialist, Production Services Infrastructure Support AnalystWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role is located in Boston.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.You'll help empower our breakthrough innovations, be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility.The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of web, database, and application server life‑cycles; from installing new hardware and operating systems, support of existing servers and platforms, effecting bug and security patching, performance monitoring and tuning, break/fix troubleshooting, to retirement or upgrade of older hardware and platforms.You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.QualificationsStrong experience in Linux administration with excellent administration and troubleshooting skills.
