The Senior Specialist in Project Management is responsible for leading project planning and governance to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with organizational standards
Job Description
Lead the development and enforcement of project planning methodologies and governance frameworks Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project objectives with business goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes Support risk management by identifying governancerelated risks and implementing mitigation strategies Facilitate transparent communication and reporting to promote accountability across projects Mentor and guide project managers and team members on governance best practices and compliance requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
Define and maintain comprehensive project governance plans including scope schedules and milestones Monitor adherence to governance protocols through regular audits and reviews Lead stakeholder engagement activities to manage expectations and incorporate feedback Oversee risk and issue management related to governance including mitigation and contingency planning Coordinate resource allocation and financial planning to optimize governance effectiveness Facilitate crossteam and external partner communication to ensure alignment and transparency Drive strategic initiatives to enhance governance maturity and project delivery performance
