Job Summary
The Program Manager will lead complex largescale business and technology programs ensuring delivery within scope schedule budget and quality expectations The role requires strong stakeholder management executive communication governance oversight risk management and crossfunctional leadership across business and technology teams
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership Delivery
Lead endtoend execution of strategic programs from initiation through closure
Develop and manage program scope budget timelines milestones and resource plans
Ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives schedules and financial targets
Governance Stakeholder Management
Establish and manage program governance structures
Conduct steering committee executive reviews and milestone assessments
Provide transparent executivelevel reporting on progress risks issues and dependencies
Manage stakeholder expectations across business technology and external partners
Risk Issue Change Management
Identify assess and mitigate program risks
Lead issue resolution and escalation management
Manage scope changes and ensure controlled execution through change governance
Anticipate delivery challenges and implement corrective actions proactively
Quality Continuous Improvement
Conduct quality reviews gate reviews and compliance assessments
Drive process improvements and best practices across program delivery teams
Required Qualifications
10 years of ProgramProject Management experience in enterprise IT environments
Demonstrated success managing large complex programs with multiple workstreams
Strong expertise in project management methodologies tools and governance frameworks
Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing geographically distributed and crossfunctional teams
Ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal supervision

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
