Role description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and drive successful delivery of projects across crossfunctional teams The role requires strong expertise in project planning execution stakeholder management risk management scope control budgeting status reporting and issue resolution The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments while ensuring timely delivery quality outcomes and alignment with business objectives
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend project management activities including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure
Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules milestones and deliverables
Manage project scope and ensure change requests are evaluated documented and controlled effectively
Identify assess and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies to minimize business impact
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives status and expectations
Prepare and present regular status reports dashboards and project updates to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation of project artifacts meeting notes action items risks and decisions
Monitor and manage project budgets resource allocation and overall financial health of the project
Coordinate across crossfunctional teams including business technology operations vendors and leadership
Drive issue resolution and facilitate timely decisionmaking to keep the project on track
Apply strong problemsolving and analytical skills to handle project challenges effectively
Ensure adherence to project governance quality standards and organizational processes
Support project delivery using Agile Waterfall methodologies based on business requirements
Provide leadership to project teams fostering team collaboration accountability and performance

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
