Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist in Project Management will oversee project financial management governance and planning to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope time and budget.

Job Description:

• Manage all aspects of project financial management including budgeting forecasting and cost control to maintain fiscal discipline.
• Implement and maintain robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope timelines milestones and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and financial performance providing timely insights and reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Integrate risk management practices within project planning and execution to proactively mitigate potential issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain transparent communication channels to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of multiple complex projects ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Establish and enforce project governance standards policies and procedures across projects.
• Manage project budgets track expenditures and forecast financial outcomes to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Coordinate with project teams to assign tasks monitor progress and resolve any issues impacting project delivery.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to senior leadership and clients on project health and performance.
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members to build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and maintained in compliance with organizational requirements.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 93,815.00 to 142,400.00 per year
