Role description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology and business initiatives The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning stakeholder management governance risk management budgeting and successful execution of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivery timelines
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend project delivery from initiation through closure
Develop project plans schedules resource plans and delivery roadmaps
Coordinate crossfunctional teams including business engineering QA infrastructure and operations
Manage project scope timelines budget and resource allocation
Conduct project governance meetings status reviews and steering committee updates
Identify track and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies
Monitor project progress using KPIs milestones and reporting dashboards
Communicate project status escalations and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across business and technology teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies sprint planning backlog reviews and release planning where applicable
Ensure compliance with organizational processes quality standards and delivery frameworks
Support change management project documentation and knowledge transfer activities

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
